Shawn Angell has bragging rights as club champion for the year at the Jefferson Community Golf Course following the club tournament held July 31.
Angell won in the championship division with a 106. Other place winners in the championship flight were Tyler Tiffany, Chris Anderson and Chris Nelson in places 2, 3 and 4, respectively. All shot 110.
In the second flight, Tim Christensen placed first with an 82, Rich Burnell placed second with an 82, and Terry Canavan placed third with an 83.
In the third flight, Nick Richardson placed first with a 90, John Gerken placed second with a 90, and David Pedersen placed third with a 91.
Terry Semke was overall winner in the handicap division with a 101. Christensen was second in the championship flight with a 101 and Angell was third with a 103. Placing in the second flight were John Hupp, Canavan and Pedersen, all with scores of 71. Placing in the third flight were Nelson and Don Orris with scores of 74 and Scott Weber with a 75.
Overall winner in the senior division was Mike Mumma with a 79. Bill Figenshaw was second with an 80 and Burnell was third with an 82. Placing in the second flight were Richardson and Gerken with scores of 90 and Pedersen with a 91.
